Who are you?

There are those who call me…Heather aka Her Heatherness. Proud partner of “Eric the Grownup,” mom to my son Avery, and “cat mom” to Beaker the Cat. Quick and easy rundown? I am random, funny, artistic, somewhat neurotic, smart, nerdtastic, and bilaterally symmetrical. I come with most of my original parts (minus a gallbladder). No assembly required.

I'm one of those folks who deep dives into rabbit holes when I find something interesting. I'll learn everything I can about it and then word vomit all my newfound knowledge onto the long-suffering Grownup.

A few years ago, during a particularly stressful time, I knew I needed a creative outlet to pull me out of my funk—something that would be a “quick win”. (Believe me—getting me a hobby is a service to mankind!) Polishing your nails is a small activity that can greatly improve your mood. What started as a simple activity quickly escalated into a serious passion. I started playing with polishes seriously—learning everything I could about lacquer and gel. Then I moved to stamping and nail art. Eventually, I realized that I preferred lacquer over gel—it’s easy to switch out colors without destroying my nails!

While searching for more nail polish activities, I stumbled upon a polish-making kit. And the rest, as they say, is history. This is the next phase in my journey! Someday, I want a mad scientist laboratory and an Igor of my very own. Beaker, in spite of his name, is not interested.

What is Robot Bee Polish?

Welcome to Robot Bee Polish, where your nails meet nerdy, vibrant fun! Our lacquer polishes are handmade in the USA, crafted in small batches to ensure top-notch quality and a splash of creativity. While we do our best to replicate your favorite shades, the artisanal process means slight variations can occur—hey, measuring ingredients is more of an art than a science! If you fall in love with a particular polish and plan to repurchase, let us know! Your feedback is like gold to us.

Please note: The color of the polishes in the photos may vary due to lighting and/or your screen monitor resolution. Also, labels and bottles may change without notice—because, why not keep things exciting?

Our inspiration comes from a delightful mix of nerdy passions, spanning sci-fi and fantasy realms to the vibrant world of K-pop and pop culture. Whatever rabbit hole we’re diving into at the moment, it fuels the creativity behind each unique polish. Whether you're a fan of superheroes, enchanted by fantasy novels, or obsessed with the latest K-pop trends, we’ve got something special that captures the spirit of your interests.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to USA addresses only—sorry, no intergalactic deliveries just yet! If you’re lucky enough to call Texas home, tax will be added to your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Our turnaround time is 1-7 days after the order is placed, so hang tight while we get your nerdy goodies ready!

As for combined orders, I’m more than happy to accommodate. Just let me know right away with the order numbers. However, if you’ve already received a tracking number, it means your order is out and, obviously, can no longer be combined.

If your package decides to go on a grand adventure and hasn't arrived 10 business days after you receive tracking, email me at admin@robotbeepolish.com. I'll put on my detective hat and track it down for you!

If your order is genuinely lost (after 10 business days), I'll gladly replace it once you've filed a claim and provided the response. If your package is marked as delivered but isn't in your mailbox, first check with the post office or your mail carrier. While I'm not responsible for packages marked as delivered, I'll do my best to assist you once you have proof from the post office and a police report.

Return/Exchange Policy

Because our products are crafted with love and a sprinkle of nerdy magic, we can't accept returns or exchanges after your order is received—unless it arrives damaged. If your precious polish gets bruised in transit, we'll replace it. If the product is sold out, you'll get a refund for the dollar amount you paid for the product only. Please let me know immediately at admin@robotbeepolish.com if you encounter any issues. Remember, all sales are final, so double-check your order before completing your purchase!

Would you consider doing custom polishes and/or large orders?

The short answer is: it depends! Whether or not I can accommodate your request will hinge on a few key factors—specifically, the type of polish you're looking for, the quantity required, and the urgency of your order.
